The story behind this work

In 2020, my father died, and I lost the identity I had built around being his daughter. I was emptied. And in that emptiness, I saw something I could not unsee: what we truly are is not a person. The person, the fear, the lack — these are beliefs. Not reality.

I spent five years letting all of it crumble. The belief in time. The belief in separation. The belief that I had to sacrifice joy for safety — that I could not have both adventure and a roof over my head, both love and security, both excitement and enough.

On the other side of that dissolution, I discovered I could consciously create a life built entirely on my highest excitement. And that lack simply does not exist when you stop believing in it.

I am not special. I did nothing extraordinary. That is the most important thing I can tell you — because it means you can do this too.

I lived both roads before I found that. I strived first — effort was my religion, achievement was my proof of worth. Then I swung to the opposite. I chose simplicity, solitude, less of everything. I thought that was freedom. It was not. It was just a quieter cage.

I know exactly where each road stops — not because I studied it, but because I hit both walls myself. The Sovereign is for the person who has hit at least one of those walls and is done pretending the next version of the same road will feel different.
