Why Does This Program Exist?

Some foundational exercises at the beginning benefit from a few dedicated hours of calm, uninterrupted space — a weekend morning or a quiet afternoon — to journal and reflect deeply. After that, the creation work moves at a relaxed pace. There is no urgency. Nothing is due. You are not behind.
Is this self-paced, or is there a schedule?
Entirely self-paced. The lessons are pre-recorded and available immediately upon joining. You move through the material at your own pace, in your own time. There are no deadlines, no pressure, no falling behind. The work unfolds in its own time.
