About Julie

Awakening, self-realisation, and the art of living what is already here.

How can I know myself?

For years, I looked for freedom through achievement, money, effort, and becoming.

Then I explored the opposite — less striving, less wanting, less doing.

Neither was freedom.

I have lived both traps. And I found the way out of both.

A deeper question had already begun to emerge:

How can I know myself?

That question opened a deep exploration into awareness, identity, belief, and the patterns shaping how I experienced myself and life.

Then something happened that changed the way I experienced myself.

I recognized that the awareness in which my entire experience appears is not personal.

I had always assumed I was the person who was aware. But looking closely, I could not find a separate “me” behind the awareness.

There was simply awareness—already here, already present, aware of the body, the thoughts, the emotions, the world.

It was not an intellectual conclusion.

It was a direct recognition.

And once it was seen, I could not unsee it.

I could forget it temporarily. I could re-identify with thoughts. I could contract back into the experience of being a separate person.

But I could never again completely believe that was what I truly was.

That recognition opened a much deeper exploration—not just awakening, but what happens when that recognition is lived through the human experience.

What Changes When You See It?

Recognition doesn’t make you into someone new.

It changes your relationship with what was already happening.

Beliefs that once felt like reality can become visible.

Patterns that once seemed automatic can lose their grip.

You can begin to see where you abandon yourself, where you contract, where you overgive, where you hold back from receiving, and where old ideas about who you are continue to shape your choices.

And as these patterns become conscious, more freedom becomes available.

More space to choose.

More honesty.

More self-respect.

More ease.

More capacity to receive.

More freedom to love, create, express yourself, and participate fully in life.

Not because you have finally perfected yourself.

But because you are no longer asking the patterns to tell you who you are.

Recognition and the Human Experience

I don’t separate awakening from ordinary life.

Recognition does not mean becoming detached from money, relationships, emotions, desire, creation, or the world.

It invites you to meet them differently.

Being and creating can coexist.

Presence and abundance can coexist.

Surrender and intention can coexist.

You can become more psychologically mature while recognising that your deepest nature was never broken.

You can have boundaries without closing your heart.

You can say no without resentment.

You can receive without believing you have to earn your worth.

You can pursue what you love without making the outcome responsible for your happiness.

This is where recognition becomes embodiment.

Recognition is the seeing.
Embodiment is the living.

How I Work

I Point

I don’t work by trying to fix people or make them into a better version of themselves.

I point toward what is already whole.

I Reveal

Together, we look at the beliefs, patterns, identities, and assumptions that may still be shaping your experience.

Not to judge them.
Not to fight them.

To see clearly.

I Explore

There is no fixed process for what emerges.

Sometimes what is needed is recognition.
Sometimes a belief wants to be explored.
Sometimes an emotion or pattern wants to be met.
Sometimes nothing needs to be done at all.

We meet what is here.

Different Doorways. One Foundation.

My work moves through different explorations:

Effortless Being
Presence, ease, and the recognition of what is already here.

Emotional Liberation
Meeting emotions, patterns, and identities through awareness, allowing greater freedom in how you relate to yourself and life.

Wealth Consciousness
Exploring your relationship with money, abundance, receiving, and the consciousness beneath them.

Conscious Creator
Exploring conscious creation, universal principles, awareness, intention, and the life we create.

The subjects are different.

The foundation is the same:

Awareness.

Awareness reveals what seems to obscure what you already are.

Why I Do This Work

I know what it is to search for freedom through becoming.

I know what it is to become more psychologically functional and still feel that something deeper is calling.

And I know the recognition that the one I was trying to fix was never my deepest nature.

That recognition changed the way I live.

It changed the way I relate.

It changed the way I create.

And it changed the way I work with others.

I don’t promise to give you something you don’t have.

I invite you to see what is already here.

Because when what has been obscuring it becomes visible, an entirely different way of participating in life can become available.
