Don’t Ignore Your Reality

The Teaching Nobody Is Sharing

Do not ignore your reality.

Devour it.

Eat it. Taste it. Smell it. Touch it. Let it move through you completely without flinching, without turning away, without trying to replace it with something more palatable.

This is the teaching nobody is sharing. And it is the most liberating thing I know.

Most of the guidance available right now tells you to ignore what you do not want. Withdraw your attention from the negative. Focus only on the good. Create a new reality by pretending the current one does not exist.

There is a partial truth in that. You can retrieve your energy from anything that feels contracting, limiting, or overwhelming. You can invest your attention in what feels expansive, light, joyful, and alive.

But ignoring your reality is not the same as transcending it. And the difference matters enormously.

When you ignore your reality, you are still in a relationship with it. You are just in a resistant relationship with it. The resistance costs energy. The avoidance costs energy. And what you resist persists, not as a spiritual cliché but as a direct energetic fact.

The tantric approach is different. It says nothing that appears in your experience is outside of you. Everything is arising within the awareness that you already are. The body. The emotion. The thought. The discomfort. The shame. The boredom. All of it is inside the infinite spacious awareness that is your true nature.

And awareness is bigger than any of it.

Which means there is nothing to fear. Nothing to avoid. Nothing to reject.

You can devour all of it.

You Are Generating This

The starting point is infinite. Pure emptiness. Infinite possibilities. Boundless awareness with no location, no edge, no limit.

That is what you are before any description of it.

And from that infinite peace, that silent open space, there is a possibility to have the full experience of something that is not that. To enter the game of limitation. To enter the experience of being a separate person in a world of separate things. To feel contracted, anxious, overwhelmed, stuck.

But here is what that means precisely. Anything that is not the infinite is only an experience. It is not what you truly are.

You are the infinite being having the experience of limitation. Not the other way around.

Which means this. You are generating the experience you are having right now. Not from a place of blame or self-criticism. From a place of pure power. The infinite being that you are is so creative, so powerful, so generative, that it can produce the convincing experience of being small, stuck, and afraid.

Think of it like a theme park. You walked into the haunted house. Everything inside is designed to scare you. And it is working because you are letting it. But you built the haunted house. You are running it. And you can walk out of it the moment you recognize that the monsters are yours.

The thoughts you are consenting to believe about yourself and about life are the frequency you are living in. Life is a frequency-based game. There are only frequencies. And you are always tuned to one of them through the attention you give and the thoughts you adopt.

You are not a victim of your reality. You are its author.

Be Curious About Your Thoughts

Do not turn away from your thoughts. Do not suppress them, bypass them, or try to replace them with better ones before you have looked at them honestly.

Be curious about them.

What are you actually thinking? Not the surface thoughts, the ones underneath. The ones that have been running so long they feel like facts rather than beliefs. The ones that feel like you rather than something you adopted innocently a long time ago.

Make a list. Externalize them. Put them on paper and look at them from the outside. And then ask yourself honestly, which of these am I still consenting to? Which of these am I giving my energy to? Which of those are creating the experience I am living right now?

Because what you are consenting to believe about yourself and about life is the energy you live in. The frequency you inhabit. And you cannot change a frequency you have not yet seen clearly.

This is not about judging the thoughts. It is not about making yourself wrong for having them. It is about becoming conscious of what you have been agreeing to, often since childhood, often innocently, often because someone you loved and trusted believed it too.

When I was young, I was playing alone, and I was bored. I remember asking my mother to play with me, and I was told I would have to learn to play by myself. That felt deeply sad. And somewhere in that sadness, I drew a conclusion: nobody wants to play with me.

That was not the truth. It was an innocent agreement with a moment that hurt.

But I carried it. And the more I carried it, the more I found proof of it. The more I believed nobody wanted to play with me, the more I showed up in ways that made that feel true. The belief was generating the evidence. The evidence confirmed the belief. A perfect closed loop of self-created reality.

When I stopped consenting to that belief, something far more fun and easy was revealed. Not because the world changed. Because I stopped generating that particular experience from the infinite power I had been misaiming all along.

You can retrieve your consent from any belief that is not serving you. Not by force. Not by replacing it with an affirmation. Simply by seeing it clearly and choosing not to feed it anymore.

That is enough. Consciousness itself does the rest.

Everything Is Inside You

Here is the recognition that makes the tantric approach possible.

Everything is inside you.

Not metaphorically. Not as a spiritual concept to contemplate. As a direct and verifiable fact of your own experience.

Right now, in this moment, is there anything appearing outside of awareness? Is there anything in your experience that exists separately from the consciousness that is aware of it? Look carefully. Not with the mind that wants to analyze the question. With the simple open awareness that is already present before any analysis begins.

The body is inside awareness. The emotion is inside awareness. The thought is inside awareness. The world you perceive is inside awareness. Even the sense of being a separate person located inside a body looking out at everything else, that too is arising inside awareness.

Awareness is not inside the body. The body is inside awareness.

And that awareness has no location. No boundary. No edge where it ends and something else begins. It is not personal. It is not yours in the way a possession is yours. It is what you are, the infinite, effortless open space in which everything appears and disappears without leaving a mark. The background is untainted, never-changing and ever-present.

When you recognize this, really recognize it, not as an idea but as a direct seeing, everything that appears in your experience becomes workable. The discomfort is inside you. The fear is inside you. The shame is inside you. Not trapped inside a small personal self that has to carry it. Inside the infinite awareness that is spacious enough to hold all of it without being diminished by any of it.

This is why you can devour your reality because it is all inside you. Because you are bigger than all of it. Because there is nothing appearing in your experience that is outside the boundless awareness that you already are.

What is there to fear when everything is inside you?

What is there to avoid when you are the space in which everything arises?

Nothing. There is nothing to fear and nothing to avoid. There is only this, the infinite being, temporarily and playfully inhabiting the experience of limitation, discovering again and again that it was never limited at all.

The Inversion

Most people are living inverted.

They are treating the experience as the reality and the awareness as the afterthought. They are treating the thought as the truth and the infinite space behind the thought as something distant and difficult to access. They are treating the limitation as solid and the freedom as something to be earned through years of practice.

It is the other way around.

Freedom is the starting point. The limitation is the experience. The awareness is what you are. The thought and the emotion are what pass through it.

You are not the doer of life. The mind is not the navigator. Life is already divinely orchestrated, and every answer to every question arrives the moment it is needed. Not eventually. Not after enough effort. The moment it is needed.

You can relax, the me that is trying to create things, manage outcomes, and control the direction of everything. Not as a spiritual bypass, as a genuine recognition that something far more intelligent than the personal mind is already running the show.

Test drive this. Not as a belief, as an experiment. Relax the grip for a day and watch what happens. Let life bring you what it has already prepared. Follow what feels expansive in the body and withdraw from what feels contracting. Trust the system that is already embedded in you, not cultivated, not practiced into existence, already there, waiting for you to stop overriding it with the noise of the thinking mind.

Live in curiosity. Not the anxious curiosity of someone who does not know what is coming and is afraid of it. The open, delighted curiosity of someone who knows that the next scene will be exactly what is needed and cannot wait to see what form it takes.

I wonder what the next scene will show.

I receive the next clue the moment it is needed.

That is how life is supposed to be lived.

Relax into it. Love it. Eat it. Taste it.

It is so delicious.
